Sessions with Pat can be either 60 or 90 minutes. If you have many questions, please book 90 minutes so neither you or Pat feels rushed! We do not extend sessions once they are underway.
Pat asks that you do not book sessions more frequently than 60 days apart. He appreciates that people want to consult with him, however he feels that 60 days allows time for new questions to emerge on which he might offer some insight.
Please write down your questions before your session and prioritize them. Ask your most important questions FIRST. Answers can have many layers and may not be answered as quickly as you think. Sometimes all your questions cannot be addressed in one session.
